Wow was this a great game! Scranton came in after beating Reading, and Philadelphia after beating Lancaster. Since Reading crushed Lancaster, Scranton was favored by a few points. That isn't what happened.

The first quarter stayed tight, 7-6.
The second quarter changed the score a bit, 14-7
Yet, at the end of the third quarter, the score was tied, 21-21...
The first to score in the fourth quarter was Scranton, but Philli rebuttled and took a 1 point lead! Scranton looked able to score with 0:30 on the clock but then, the worst thing possible happened!

Today is the start of a new season, and before we get to your round one predictions, we should describe the scoring system of the BFL. The scoring is the same, except an extra point kick is woth 2 points, while the "2" point conversion is now a ONE point conversion.

October 4th
The Philadelphia Shock is favored over Lancaster by 14 points. Expect Keegan to have a big day on the passing block.

Reading and Scranton is a predicted win for Scranton by 3 points. This one should be a close one.

October 5th
The Pittsburgh Gold are largly favored over Somerset by 21 points. They might decide to run the ball more than usual today.

Erie is going to be in a close one with Harrisburg, but I think that they'll have the advantage by just 8 points.
